Ma démarche artistique prend racine dans une première passion : la musique. Du piano à la guitare, cette immersion sonore m’a naturellement conduit vers l’informatique musicale, puis vers la programmation. De cette fusion entre sensibilité artistique et rigueur technique est née une double vocation où l'une nourrit l'autre.

Après des études en informatique, j’ai débuté ma carrière en développant des architectures logicielles dédiées à la création, notamment à travers la solution MidiShare sur les environnements NeXT et Apple. À 23 ans, cet élan entrepreneurial se concrétise par la création de ma première société, Redwood. Au fil des années et de plusieurs créations d’entreprises, j’ai étendu mon champ d’action aux arts graphiques et à l’infographie. La maîtrise de ces outils créatifs s’est révélée être un véritable catalyseur, me menant vers ma pratique actuelle : une photographie plasticienne et créative que je développe avec passion depuis près de vingt ans.

Depuis 2008, j’explore la malléabilité radicale de l'image, l'abordant comme un territoire propice à toutes les métamorphoses au service d’un univers artistique singulier. Je travaille à la lisière du réel, là où l’ombre dévore la forme : mon but est d’ébranler les certitudes pour ouvrir des brèches vers un inconnu dont nous aurions, par atrophie sensorielle, occulté l'existence. Je ne cherche pas à documenter le monde, mais à inventer le souvenir d'une émotion qui n'a pas eu lieu, une résonance purement imaginaire.

Mon parcours atypique, à la croisée de la photographie, de la musique et des arts numériques, nourrit une démarche artistique fertile en hybridations et en expérimentations radicales. Mon travail sur l’image se traduit par une approche plasticienne et métaphorique, grâce à laquelle je construis des œuvres visuelles pensées pour questionner nos certitudes et ouvrir le champ à une infinité d’interprétations.

C’est précisément cette recherche de singularité qui m’amène à imaginer, composer et façonner l'empreinte temporelle de scènes d'apparence familière, mais dont le sens véritable échappe au premier regard. Pour y parvenir, j’utilise la lumière comme une matière première — organique et brutale, telle une onde de choc venant heurter la rétine. Je n’envisage pas la couleur comme une propriété intrinsèque de la matière, par essence incolore, mais comme une distorsion phénoménologique ; une hallucination du système nerveux orchestrée par le contexte.

En transfigurant mes clichés, je souligne la fragilité de nos perceptions. Ce que nous voyons n’est qu’une construction cérébrale que je m'attache à déstabiliser. C’est là que réside mon IKIGAI (生き甲斐) : explorer la singularité, interroger le regard et transcender le réel pour forger des œuvres visuelles énigmatiques.

I work at the edge of reality, where shadow devours form: my goal is to shatter certainties and open breaches into an unknown whose existence we have, through sensory atrophy, long obscured. I do not seek to document the world, but to invent the memory of an emotion that never occurred—a purely imaginary resonance.

My atypical background, at the intersection of photography, music, and digital arts, fuels an artistic process rich in hybridizations and radical experimentation. My work on the image manifests through a fine-art and metaphorical approach, through which I construct visual works designed to challenge our assumptions and open the field to an infinity of interpretations.

It is precisely this quest for singularity that leads me to imagine, compose, and shape the temporal imprint of scenes that appear familiar, yet whose true meaning eludes the first glance. To achieve this, I use light as a raw material—organic and brutal, like a shockwave striking the retina. I do not view color as an intrinsic property of matter, which is colorless by essence, but as a phenomenological distortion; a hallucination of the nervous system orchestrated by context.

By transmuting my captures, I underscore the fragility of our perceptions. What we see is but a mental construct that I strive to destabilize. This is where my IKIGAI (生き甲斐) resides: exploring singularity, questioning the gaze, and transcending reality to forge enigmatic visual works.
